Integrated shunt capacitor is used in the alternating-current electric power system with rated voltages of 6kV/10kV/35kV (50Hz or 60Hz) for raising power factor, improving power network quality, reducing circuit loss and bringing the transmission and transformation equipments/' efficiency into full play. Performances should conform to JB7112-2000 integrated shunt capacitor and DL/T628-1997 integrated shunt capacitor ordering requirements.
1. It should be no more than 1000 meters above sea level and the normal temperature should be between -40 to +40. 2. Avoid extreme mechanical vibrations, hazardous gas, steam, conductive or explosive dust. 3.Capacitance differential of each series connected group and section should not more than 0.5%, ratio between MAX and MIN capacitance of each wiring terminal in three phase set should not exceed 1.02. Capacitance differential should not exceed +5/-0 % of the rated. 4. Continuous operation voltage is 1.0Un and maximal voltage is no more than 1.1Un. 5. Stable current including harmonic current is no more than 1.43In. 6. Maximal capacitance is no more than 1.35Qn.
