The product line is designed for firing enamel steel plate.The hoisting machine hang the enamel workpieces to run the convey processes.Speed adjustment according to technological requirements.Heat source adopt electrical heating .heat source is divided into 21 zones which can guarantee the heat supply for the production and temperature uniformity.In order to save energy,the device have six hot-air off-screen ,cutting off the flow of the heat and air to minimize the power loss.

Sintering furnace refractory lining using fiber and high quality thermal insulation material.

Drying furnace will be placed above the sintering furnace full advantage of the heat of the sintering furnace,
