General naming rules:
1.First letter:     M means Module

2.Second letter: D means general rectifiers
                        Z  means fast rectifiers
                        T  means general thyristors
                        K  means fast recovey thyristors
                        F  means D and T
                        H  means Z and K

3. Third letter:    C means series
                        A  means common athode
                        K  means common cathode
                        Y  means three phase common cathode
                        Q  means single phase rectifier bridge
                        S  means three phase rectifier bridge
                        X  means antiparalle
                        G  means three phase common athode
